1. General

This website, ustaff.ee ("UnitedStaff"), is owned and operated by OpenWeb360 OÜ, registered and operating in the Republic of Estonia, licensed in the Estonian Economic Activities Register (MTR) as a staffing provider. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Service Description

UnitedStaff arranges temporary and long-term staff for businesses in warehouse and logistics, construction, production, and HoReCa. The website provides information about our services, an example pricing calculator, and request forms you can use to contact us.

Calculators and estimated prices on this website (including the process form and the pricing page calculator) are informational examples based on general market data — they are not a binding offer. The final price and terms are agreed separately in a service agreement or quote after we assess your specific needs.

All prices shown on this website are stated excluding VAT, unless clearly marked otherwise. OpenWeb360 OÜ is VAT-registered — the final invoice includes VAT at the applicable rate (currently 24%).

3. Direct Hiring and Conversion Fee

If a client hires a person introduced to them by UnitedStaff (as temporary staff or otherwise) directly into their own company — either as an employer themselves or through another staffing provider — within 6 months of that worker's last shift through UnitedStaff, the client must notify UnitedStaff in writing and pay a conversion fee. The conversion fee amount is agreed separately in the service agreement with the client; absent such an agreement, the default conversion fee equals the average of 12 weeks of invoices paid for that worker. The purpose of the conversion fee is to cover the recruiting, matching, and compliance-vetting costs UnitedStaff has already incurred.

4. Use of the Website

• Request forms submitted on this website are non-binding expressions of interest, not orders or contracts.
• You agree to provide truthful and accurate information in request forms and job applications.
• You may not use the website in a way that harms its operation, security, or the experience of other users (e.g. mass automated requests, system abuse).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, design, logo, graphics, and code — belongs to OpenWeb360 OÜ or is used under license. Copying, distributing, or commercially using this content without our written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
